The Attack on Chaos Island also known as The Forge Island Offensive, to the moderators of Xbox Live, was a failed offensive conducted against Chaos's Halo 4 Server Chaos Island, where roughly over 30 Major League Gamers, were fragged from the server along side 30 Xbox Live Moderators.
